Accommodations
As you begin planning for your trip, we want to flag that this year’s summit will take place on Boston Marathon weekend- a vibrant and busy time in the city- so we strongly encourage you to book your travel and accommodations early.
Hotel Block:

The hotel block is for Friday and Saturday nights, but we highly recommend staying through Monday if your schedule allows- to experience the iconic Boston Marathon on Patriot’s Day.
Getting Here
Closest Airport
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is the nearest airport to MIT Sloan, located approximately 5 miles (8 km) away. Travel time is typically 20-30 minutes by car or taxi depending on traffic.
Attendees are encouraged to consider public transit. From Logan, take the Silver Line SL1 to South Station, then transfer to the Red Line toward Alewife. Get off at Kendall/MIT Station, which is a short walk to MIT Sloan’s campus in Kendall Square.
Public Transportation
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), known locally as “the T,” provides subway and bus service throughout the Boston/Cambridge area.
MIT Sloan is located near the Kendall/MIT stop on the Red Line. Using the T can be faster than driving during busy times, especially on Boston Marathon weekend.
